This month's topic is "Sublimation".
A great printing process for small runs, precious individual pieces with a good price/performance ratio... No screens have to be created, the print motif is simply printed on a transfer paper and then transferred to the printing substrate with high heat and pressure.
The ink is vaporized into the material, making the print long lasting and very robust. This printing process is especially well suited for very short runs, as the upfront costs are low.

Sublimation is perfect for photos, gradients, intricate or multicolored logos. Articles made of ceramics, textiles, aluminium, glass, wood, plastic and many more can be imprinted. Some materials need to be treated with a special pre-coating.
